The most versatile of the Paper Factor skins, Piano implies a handmade nature revealed in a subtle and elegant manner through its surfaces polished by machine. The leveling action of a pantograph acts on the material, stretched by hand and then dried, bringing out unusual and fascinating aesthetic games. "Available" in all color interpretations, Piano is the most minimalist of the Paper Factor surfaces: its smooth skin, susceptible to the slightest imperfections, is an excellent starting point for establishing the discourses of the most diverse spaces, whether on a small or large scale.

Pigmented veining flows along the sides of the impasto, oriented by the action of gradual manual pressure, imbuing it with the charm of minimal, frozen movement against vast neutral backgrounds.
Easily adapted to a wide range of design solutions, Veins generates a spatial quality that is unencumbered by color and oriented toward the interplay of light. It is reminiscent of marble, stone, wood, and the mosses and lichens of the forests, as well as the passage of time that marks and shapes the calcareous rock.
The lines intertwine and cross casually, and after various phases of processing, they reveal their continuous beauty.

Stretched and hammered by hand, the Informal collection takes shape, generating lunar surfaces, organic and inorganic, almost like a leather with an irregular and unexpected design. Composed of solids and shallows, of pressure and material depressions, serrations and natural curls. Stories of a physicality to be explored by scrolling with hands and eyes along a different path, always in evolution. Among the skins, this is the one with the highest tactile value, all the while maintaining the technical features of impermeability and durability that characterize all of the Paper Factor products.

Inspired by the ancient technique of intarsia, the surfaces of Inlay exploit the physical qualities of Paper Factor, allowing the cellulose paste components to join smoothly during the pressing and assembly process. This results in surfaces with spotted effects and defined shapes, even amid the random interplay of colors. These markings establish Inlay as the boldest element of the Paper Factor collection. Whether highlighting the visual impact of its panels or presenting the engaging puzzle of its mosaics, it is equally well-suited for simple resurfacing projects as well as for those designed to create truly unique spaces.

Obtained by first stretching the impasto by hand and then using CNC machining, Ruts alternates between flat portions, reminiscent of stone, and rectangular, concave or circular-flow sections, creating a solid, harmonious rhythm.
The 'cadence' of its grooves can vary, being either dense or sparse, continuous or interrupted. In each of its versions and across all the colors, Ruts reveals the material uniqueness of Paper Factor, thanks to the machine's intervention. These hard, mechanized cuts showcase the very fiber of the paper as it pushes toward new dynamic and formal boundaries.

ANOTHER SKIN
For Every Scale, Space, and Style.
Available in various textures and sizes - adaptable on both small and large scales - Paper Factor is crafted from a patented compound of cellulose microfibers that boasts exceptional aesthetic and functional qualities. Solid, resistant, and high-performing, this material is particularly valued for its myriad tactile and visual outcomes, redefining contemporary product design and architectural endeavors while setting an absolutely new standard in the industry.

Supported by tested and certified research in collaboration with specialized institutes and laboratories, the plant-based material is handcrafted and finished using high-precision technologies. Thanks to its mechanical properties, the elements can be cut, carved, engraved, and shaped in truly unexpected ways with the same machinery commonly used in woodworking, metalworking, stone, and plastic industries.

These meticulous production methods leverage the malleability and flexibility intrinsic to the material, allowing it to be shaped and adapted into any desired format and context. With ever-evolving 2D and 3D patterns, geometries, and colors, the Paper Factor panels and mosaics can be applied to ceilings, walls, and furnishings of any size, turning every living space into a newly imagined landscape of limitless possibilities.

The Future of Design: Embracing the Adaptive Beauty and Fluid Essence of Cutting-Edge Paper Textures.

INSTALLING For application on walls and ceilings, Paper Factor products are ready for interlocking assembly, ensuring stability and continuity among the elements through an integrated joint system achieved with milled channels. The panels are supplied on 10mm-thick wooden supports (poplar plywood or marine plywood), allowing for standard installation methods such as clips, bayonets, screws, and adhesives. The Paper Factor panels do not require joints unless specifically requested by the customer. For joints, common stucco for wood or masonry surfaces can be used, mixed with pigments to achieve the desired coloration. Upon request, the edges can be chamfered.
PROTECTION Our protective water-repellent and anti-scratch class 1 treatments are stain-proof and enhance resistance to wear and tear. Upon request, variations in surface finishes can be achieved, from glossy polishes to lacquered and metallic effects. Composed of solids and shallows, of pressure and material depressions, serrations, and porosities, these variants tell stories of a tangible physicality to be explored by tracing different paths with hands and eyes, always evolving. Among the skins, these have the highest tactile value while still maintaining the technical features of water resistance and durability that characterize all Paper Factor products.
MAINTENANCE Once the installation is complete, dust should be removed with a soft brush. A more thorough cleaning can be done with a soft cloth slightly moistened with water. For regular care and maintenance, we recommend using a soft brush to eliminate dust deposits. The use of acidic or highly alkaline detergents can damage the surfaces of Paper Factor products, so it is important to follow the manufacturer’s recommendations regarding the type of detergent. The water-repellent surface treatment protects against stains from liquids. For stubborn grease stains, a degreaser diluted in warm water can be used. Avoid treating Paper Factor products with chemical solvents, paint, acetone, paint thinner, bleach-containing detergents, caustic soda, oily soaps, descaling agents, and abrasive or micro-abrasive detergents and sponges. Paper Factor is not responsible for damages caused by the use of inappropriate products on its surfaces.
